Paul is one of the few true locals that you will meet in Charleston. Charleston used to be a sleepy town when he was young, riding his red bicycle to the local drugstore to get a hotdog and fountain vanilla coke. From 10 years old he would spend hours each day reading real estate classifieds in the paper and searching craigslist for the newest listings around town. Charleston has changed with massive growth and so did Paul. He attended Clemson University and after graduating, immediately jumped into real estate sales and investing. Now, years later he and his team have sold millions in real estate and continue to help hundreds of people each year connect into local real estate market.
