Shannon Rae

Shannon has always had a strong passion for Real Estate. Even in her high school days she loved just driving around looking at houses. This fun pass time eventually led to helping her mother purchase a home. Understanding the value of home ownership at a young age, Shannon purchased her own first home at the age of 23 and has since acquired many other personal investment properties, even having a few "flips" under her belt.
Shannon has a very compassionate heart and believes that everyone deserves to own a home. This belief and passion drove her to pursue her dream and in 2000 she received her license.
Shannon is a dedicated, hard worker and has enjoyed being a productive Realtor for over 23 years. She absolutely loves helping people find their way to home ownership. To date, she has happily and proudly coached many folks down their own paths to home ownership and now takes her 23+ years of industry knowledge/experience and converts it all to her ISA career with the Paul Smith Team where she will continue taking every opportunity possible to help more and more people reach their dreams of home ownership and beyond.
